Congratulations on your engagement! Crystal Coast Musicians understand how much time and effort goes into making important decisions for your special day. When you book Crystal Coast Musicians, you can book with confidence, knowing that all of your wedding music needs will be met by caring and experienced professional musicians.
From the time you contact us about booking your wedding, and continuing on through your big day, we do everything necessary to make the music the least stressful aspect of your wedding planning. Every service provided by Crystal Coast Musicians includes a consultation to help you select your music, and regular correspondences and support leading up to your wedding. Also included in our booking fees, at least one musician will attend your rehearsal. This is another service that we are happy to provide to reassure our brides and everyone else involved in the wedding. We encourage our bridal couples to contact us with any questions or concerns they have about their wedding music, and will always respond to E-mails and phone calls within a day.
We work closely with some of the most outstanding and prestigious wedding vendors in the area, representing every category, from a band or DJ for your reception, to wedding planners, photographers, venues, bridal shops, caterers and more. WEDDING MUSIC (for most traditional wedding ceremonies and services)
Prelude- typically about 20 minutes of ambiance music as your guests arrive. Crystal Coast Musicians will put together a set list appropriate to your unique style, theme or setting
Bridal Party Processional- this is the song that your attendants will walk down the aisle to. Suggestions include, but are not limited to: Canon in D, Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring, Air, Aria, or Winter (from the Four Seasons).
Bridal Processional- this is your big entrance and walk down the aisle! We are happy to help you select any song from our repertoire, or will learn any song that you wish for your processional, but may we suggest: Trumpet Voluntary, Trumpet Tune, A Thousand Years, Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring, Bridal Chorus (Here Comes the Bride), You Raise Me Up, What a Wonderful World, Canon in D or All I Ask of You.
Recessional- your first walk as Mr. and Mrs.! Congratulations! What better way to celebrate your first married kiss than some exciting music. Our suggestions include- Allegro Maestoso, Ode to Joy, Wedding March, Trumpet Voluntary or Trumpet Tune.
Postlude- usually about 5-10 minutes of ambiance music as your guests depart. The length of time depends on how your guests are dismissed and several other factors. The experienced musicians of the Crystal Coast Quartet will determine an appropriate amount and style of music to close out your beautiful ceremony.
Additional Music (that is included when requested)- some brides ask that special guests, such as grandparents and parents, be seated to certain songs. While selection of a song for this reason is not necessary, we will be happy to accommodate requests for special songs and will add your request to the end of the prelude music, prior to the bridal party processional. Also, if your ceremony includes a unity candle, sand ceremony, knot tying, or other special touch that you would like music for, please let us know and we will be happy to help you make song selections for that as well.
Other Music Services- if you need music for other events in your wedding, such as your Rehearsal Dinner, Cocktail Hour, or Reception, we are pleased to be able to offer you packaged rates for services provided by us, and by other outstanding area artists and bands. The Crystal Coast Musicians regularly performs at rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours and reception dinners.
